Frank founded Signature Property Group, Inc. in 1990 and has spent more than three decades developing, building, and owning apartment communities across North Carolina. Over the course of his career, he has built more than 8,500 apartment homes in the Greensboro, Raleigh, and Charlotte markets and their surrounding communities.
Frank’s philosophy has remained consistent from the beginning: residents deserve well-built, well-maintained communities where they can feel at home, enjoy quiet surroundings, and live among good neighbors. That belief continues to guide SPG’s long-term ownership approach and its commitment to creating lasting value in the communities it serves.
Frank and his wife, Lindsey, are committed to supporting the broader community through personal philanthropy and SPG’s ongoing charitable giving. Together, they support a range of civic, cultural, educational, and charitable organizations dedicated to strengthening the communities where SPG builds and operates.
Frank has two adult daughters and outside of work, Frank enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
