President, Signature Development Group
Denon joined Signature Development Group in 2016 with 30 years of experience in multifamily apartment construction. Prior to joining our team, Denon served in various roles with other companies, including Director and Division President in Charlotte, Raleigh, and Houston.
North Carolina is home to Denon, so he was pleased to move back after spending time in Houston. Denon is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds a degree in Chemistry. He is a licensed General Contractor in five states and holds his LEED certification. In his spare time, Denon enjoys traveling, seeing the world and spending time with family.
