Co-signer addendum to lease

Dear parents,
This part of the application is the actual co-signer agreement for your son or daughter's lease.  This co-signers agreement is an addendum to the lease between SPG, Inc. and your son or daughter and will obligate you for any and all rents and damages incurred by your son or daughter that may become due to SPG, Inc. over the term of the lease.  Your child's mane, the rent, and the lease term need to be filled in by you in the appropriate spaces. Please initial the name, rent, and lease term spaces and then please sign at the bottom in the presence of a public notary.  Then simply mail the form back to our office.  If you have any questions please call (336) 294-3855.
