PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU SIGN
Apartment reservation deposit:  upon the acceptance of this application between Signature Property Group, Inc. (landlord), and the undersigned applicant (Tenant), the tenant agrees to pay to landlord a deposit to hold an apartment in their name until such a time as the tenant moves in, in the sum of $________. This reservation deposit is to be paid in connection with this agreement and will guarantee that an apartment will be held, available for tenant, for a period of time to be established by the landlord and once residency is established will go towards payment of the tenants rent.  In the event this application is denied or an apartment is not made available for the tenant by the move-in date, then the landlord shall refund the reservation deposit to the tenant.  However, if the apartment is ready but teneat does not take up residency by the move-in date, then the entire amount will be deemed to be a non-refundable fee in compensation of expenses incurred by the landlord.

The undersigned declares that the information provided on this application is true and correct and understands that false statements may result in the rejection of this and future applications for housing managed by SPG, Inc. The undersigned, upon becoming a resident of this community, does give SPG, Inc. and it's agents permission to verify residency of the undersigned to utilities, cable television companies, and law enforcement authorities.  The undersigned does understand that all persons /firms given as reference herein may provide information concerning the undersigned's credit worthiness and waives all right of action for any consequence resulting from such information.  The signature below authorizes investigation of all statements contained herein, as well as credit investigation through credit reporting services.
